The service provided at the end was wild. Everything started off fine. We were seated immediately, order quickly taken and food arrived quickly. When I went to the register to ask for containers for our leftovers though, the lady who came up to help me didn't seem to understand and TOOK ME BY MY ARM back to my table to see? Then she came back to the table with some containers, motioned that she'd help me pack our food... And then proceeded to pour 2 different noodle soups TOGETHER into the same cup! When I was trying to stop her, she seemed puzzled! She didn't even bring all the containers after looking over the table and had to go get more. If you don't finish your food, make sure you pack your own food to take home! Never had this happen before

A local Vietnamese in Vegas recommended Pho Saigon 8 to me, and I can’t thank him enough. The staff was friendly and patient with me while I tried to familiarize myself with the restaurant’s menu. The menu is rather long, and that was about the only thing I struggled with. I ordered a bowl of special pho, and it tasted and smelled very close to what I could remember eating pho in Vietnam. The bean sprouts and basil were very fresh. The meat was tender. The grilled chicken rice was very tasty and had an interesting combination of flavors. It is very refreshing to find a good pho restaurant in Vegas that has reasonable prices. I will come back to this place when I am in town.

Came with my family in a big group for lunch last weekend. The service was quick and friendly. We ordered several appetizers - rolls of several kinds, dumplings, and other things. Several of us got slow drip coffee poured over ice, as well. We all got different types of dishes, from pho to dry dishes of noodles. The only damper on the meal was that they forgot one of our member's orders, and he sat waiting for his food for a while without anyone realizing. Very flavorful dishes, and that was probably the best Viet food I've had in Vegas so far.

The taste is the same from beginning to end. It's delicious at first in other places, but the taste changes as it cools down. This place is the same until the aftertaste!
